Who we are

 

Hill Country Functional Fitness aims to help you be the strongest and most functional version of yourself.

We offer a variety of modalities to help you meet your goals. They include strength training, pilates, mobility and stretching, tai chi, and qigong. We deliver via a wide range of methods, including in a small home-based studio in Hondo, Zoom, and at your location, whether it be home or a corporate setting in the Hondo area, plus Bandera, San Antonio, and Castroville. No need to have your own equipment, as you can use ours. But if you have a space and equipment, we will work with that. Our belief is that everyone from athletes to those with disabilities or chronic health conditions can benefit from training.

 

Jackie Farnsworth is your trainer. She has certifications from NASM and ISSA (both in personal training), AFAA (group fitness), as well as specialized certifications from Tai Chi for Health, Balanced Body Pilates, AEA water fitness, Functional Aging, Stroke Recovery, and Cancer Exercise Training Institute.
